Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the different brands they carry, and answered our questions about fabric choices. We got our sofa sooner than predicted. The delivery team was very respectful of our home and did a great job. This was our first purchase at Moore’s. We were very impressed with their extensive collection.

The 2 men were very careful when removing our old furniture and bringing in our new furniture. They were also very friendly and courteous! Went chair shopping back October. I went searching a lot of places, but was hard to find a power recliner with a swivel base. Came to Moore's furniture, staff were kind, knowledgeable, insightful, and best of all, not the stereotypical pushy sales people. Ended up getting a custom La-Z-Boy (Trouper model with a custom stain resistant cloth) ordered through them, and they were able to get me a decent discount. It took a couple months to arrive, but that's more on La-Z-Boy than them. Was able to get the chair slightly earlier than expected. Delivery people were kind, quick, and professional. If I needed more furniture, would shop here again!
The delivery men were very polite and professional. I love my new table and chairs, and they look great in my kitchen.
Had a great experience shopping with Lee at Moore’s. I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks and ended up having it delivered four weeks after I ordered it. Very happy with my new sofa and loveseat!
