Our team consists of highly professional and courteous delivery personnel who take pride in their work. When you choose to have your furniture delivered by us, you can expect a seamless experience from start to finish.

1. Delivery Services:

We offer delivery services to select areas in Pennsylvania (PA), New Jersey (NJ), Delaware (DE), and Maryland (MD). It is important to note that our delivery coverage is limited to these regions. Our delivery personnel will not only transport your furniture safely to your designated location but also ensure that it is placed exactly where you want it. They will handle the assembly and installation of all items being delivered, so you can enjoy your new furniture hassle-free.

2. Delivery Cancellations:

To make sure we can accommodate your needs efficiently, our deliveries are prepared and loaded three working days in advance of the scheduled delivery date. If, for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery, we kindly request a three working day advance notice. Failure to provide this notice may incur a fee of $99. Customer Responsibilities:

On the day of delivery, it is essential to have someone available at the delivery location to accept your furniture. We encourage you to inspect your delivery thoroughly to ensure that it meets your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues, please promptly notify us so we can address them accordingly. Additionally, please have all Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) or Check payments ready for the delivery personnel upon arrival. Our delivery personnel do not carry card readers. If you would prefer to pay your balance via a credit/debit card, please contact our store at: 610-458-8006.

Scheduling:

To optimize delivery costs for our customers, we utilize the most efficient scheduling and routing methods available. Delivery days are selected and scheduled based on the overall routing for your chosen delivery date. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time window and, the day before your scheduled delivery, we will notify you to confirm the time slot assigned to you. While we strive to accommodate specific delivery time requests, please note that we cannot guarantee a specific time. However, we are able to provide you with a four-hour window and a half-hour call ahead to ensure a smooth delivery process.
