However, because logistics can sometimes be unpredictable, we provide a 4-hour delivery window to give you the most accurate estimate and account for any unforeseen delays. Can I cancel or reschedule my delivery?

For cancellations and rescheduling:

  • A 24-hour notice is required. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery time, a $99 fee will apply.

  • Assembly and Setup: We handle assembly and setup.
  • Packaging Removal: We remove all packaging materials after delivery.
Will you remove my old furniture?

Yes, we will remove existing furniture for an additional fee. We can remove and dispose of old furniture that is being replaced. Special Note: Removal of an old mattresses over $599 is free with the purchase of a new mattress.

What do I need to do to prepare for delivery?

To ensure a smooth delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Clear the Space: Ensure the area where the furniture will be placed is free of obstacles. If you’ve purchased a removal service, we’ll handle that for you.
  2. Measure Your Space: Measure the dimensions of the room and the pathways the furniture will travel through to ensure everything will fit. If you’ve purchased a measuring service, we’ll handle that for you.
  3. Remove Artwork and Accessories: Take down any artwork or accessories in the pathways to avoid damage during delivery.
