Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Stock Furniture

  • Payment and Pickup: All stock furniture must be paid in full and delivered or picked up within 30 days.
  • Repairs: For imperfections or damages, we have the right to service repairs in-home, in our shop, or by returning the item to the manufacturer. Claims must be submitted within seven days of delivery. Items picked up must be brought by the customer for service.
  • Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. If a customer refuses to complete the sale, deposits will be retained for liquidation.
  • Return Check Fee: A fee of $25.00 will be charged for returned checks.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns of stock sales within 5 days of home delivery.
  • Pick-Up Notice: Furniture pick-up requires 24-hour weekday notice. Warehouse-assisted pick-ups are available Tuesday through Friday, 1-4 PM. Pick-ups outside these times require customer assistance with loading.
  • No Returns on Glass Tables: No returns are allowed for glass tables after delivery or pick-up.
  • Warranty Purchase: Fabric, Gold, Mattress, or Outdoor Warranties must be purchased before delivery and cannot be bought after delivery or pick-up.
  • Space Measurement: Customers are responsible for measuring their space and ensuring the furniture will fit. Moore's Furniture can confirm fit for a $99.00 fee.
  • Shipping Outside of Our Delivery Area: For shipments outside of our designated delivery area, customers are responsible for arranging shipping through a provider of their choice. Moore's will not be held liable for the safe delivery of the product once it leaves our loading dock.

Special Order Furniture (Must be purchased in store)

  • No Cancellations or Returns: Special orders or custom orders cannot be canceled or returned.
  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for factory or shipping delays beyond our control. All shipping dates are approximations.
  • Delivery Times: Projected delivery times are either mornings or afternoons. Scheduled deliveries require a three-working-day cancellation notice; weekends do not count.
  • Room Preparation: Ensure the room is clear for the arrival of new furniture.
