Fast delivery.
Moore's delivered our kitchen table and chairs on Wed, Dec 17. The screws holes on the base didn't match the tabletop so they took it back with them. On Monday, Dec 22, they delivered it again. All the holes matched up and the tabletop was screwed in to the base the way it was supposed to be. The delivery went as it should and they were finished in 15 minutes, or so. Great job by Moore's getting it corrected quickly and in time for Christmas! We love the set. Need I say more!
We had two sofas delivered and had a very good experience with Moores furniture. One of the sofas rocking mechanism was broken when delivered. They took it back to the store for repair and delivered it back to us within 2 days, which was great. I really like the new sofas we purchased.
