From the beginning of our shopping experience we were met with professional, courteous and expert assistance. Management continues to ensure competitive pricing on all their products for the 25+ years we have purchased furniture from there. The delivery team was excellent on time and very friendly completing the front to back experience that exceeded our expectations.
Purchasing the couch was pleasant and simple. Sheila allowed me time to test out the couch and took my payment info over the phone since I forgot my wallet. Delivery was also easy. I was given a window of time for their arrival and got a call from them 30 min prior to their arrival. The delivery men were efficient, careful and pleasant. They allowed me a moment I needed to put floor protectors on the bottoms of the couch. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a leather sofa and leather recliner. Got great input during the selection and buying process. The delivery guys were great. They delivered during a rain storm and the furniture came through the door completely dry. Great customer service. Moores will be getting more of our business.

If you don’t like to get chased around a furniture store while you’re browsing this is the place for you! Lee was extremely helpful, their selection is great and very reasonably priced, and they were so accommodating by allowing us to pick up our sofa today instead of tomorrow when it’s supposed to rain all day! I definitely recommend them and we will DEFINITELY be shopping there again! Thank you!
