Entire process went very smoothly. Ordered a custom made sofa on 5/9/26. When the order arrived at Moores warehouse on June 25 I received a phone call to schedule delivery. The sofa was delivered June 26 in the Am. Delivery was quick without any damage. I had my old sofa picked up at the same time. Delivery was free. There was a $125.00 fee to pick up the old sofa, which was a fair price. Seamless delivery and removal of old sofa. Happy with the quality of the merchandise and excellent delivery.

Moores has been a much loved family business for many years. I know that when we purchase from Moores, we will have purchased the best of the best! I love that when I walk in the door, it’s always a new experience with new stock, but the faces are the same. Bob has been our experienced salesman for many years. Even the main delivery man, Steve, has been with them for 31 years! The rotating stock and designs are great. Each room I can visualize in my own home.
I had been on the search for furniture that worked on our composite decking and ultimately around a firepit. Most places want you to assemble it yourself or somehow fit it in your car and carry it home. Neither was happening. “Let me check Moores!” Yes!!! They had what I was looking for! Sturdy and well made and yes, available for delivery in just a few days time!
