I had some interesting requirements to be able to fit a sofa through the door to the basement. The sales staff brought out the delivery specialist to give information regarding what I needed to look for. It really shortened the time it took to find something I liked. Upon delivery they were actually early! They were very professional and friendly. This is not my first Moore's purchase and it won't be the last.

I love this small business with the perfect personal touch. We saw bedroom furniture and a leather chair we liked and they kept in touch with us about stock, pricing and make buying seamless. Delivery was their own personnel. Not rental delivery service. Which i appreciated. 5 stars

Excellent customer service. We were greeted warmly. Our salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable. Delivery met our expectations, with a phone call to schedule a delivery date, a reminder the day before, and delivery within the expected time frame. We are pleased with the craftsmanship of our new kitchen table.
