Very pleasant and professional experience making a last minute purchase of a sleeper sofa. Found a floor model that met our needs but it had a slight blemish. Our sales consultant contacted Moores tech folks and the blemish was completely removed. We approved the purchase and took delivery in a very timely manner. Had the piece in time for Christmas guests. Delivery guys were excellent and went above and beyond to get the piece in the house and set up
Had a great experience shopping with Lee at Moore’s. I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks and ended up having it delivered four weeks after I ordered it. Very happy with my new sofa and loveseat!

Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the different brands they carry, and answered our questions about fabric choices. We got our sofa sooner than predicted. The delivery team was very respectful of our home and did a great job. This was our first purchase at Moore’s. We were very impressed with their extensive collection.
