Parker Southern
As a sister brand to Temple, Parker Southern is run by the same dedicated family that brings you the thoughtful, tailor-made quality you’ve come to expect from Temple. Founded in 1991 by a member of the Parker family, the Parker Southern brand was brought under the Temple company in 2003, making it a proper sister company of Temple Furniture.
While both Temple and Parker Southern offer high-quality, American-made furniture, they both bring something new to the table for customers looking to furnish their homes. When asked to describe the difference between Temple and Parker Southern in an interview with Design Today, company owner Adrian Parker described Temple as the “mothership,” whereas Parker Southern is the “jewelry of the line,” with its offerings going beyond the scope of Temple’s more traditional focus.
Parker Southern brings out unique accent pieces with a more modern flair, as well as a build-your-own-ottoman program, the Eureka Ottomans, and a variety of custom upholstered bed frames from their Dream Creations line.
