Terms of sale

No cancellations or returns on special orders or custom orders.

We cannot be held responsible for factory or shipping delays beyond our control. All shipping dates given are approximations based on deliveries from factories.

Projected deliveries will be either mornings or afternoons, no specific times. Scheduled deliveries require a 3 working day cancellation notice, or a fee will be applied. saturday and sunday do not count as days.

Prior to delivery room must be clear for arrival of new furniture.

All stock furniture must be paid in full and delivered/picked up within 30 days. All special orders must be paid in full and delivered/picked up within 14 days of items received at store.

Where imperfection and/or damages occur, it is agreed that we have the right to service all repairs in the home, in our shop, or by returning to the manufacturer for inspection. All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items that are pcked up must be brought to store by customer for service.

Deposits are not refundable and in the event a customer reuses to consumate a sale, deposits will be retained by Moore's Furniture for liquidation.

Returned check fee of $25.

Restocking charge of 25% on manager approved returns of stock sales. Needs to be 5 days or less in home.

Pick up of furniture must have a 24 hour "weekday" notice. All pick ups for evening and weekends must bring help to load furniutre. Report to office prior to going to warehouse.

No returns on any glass tables after delivery or pick up.

If you would like to purchase the fabric plus or gold complete warranty, and you do not do so at the time of sale, you must call us & purchase it before delivery is made. This can not be purchased after delivery or pick up.
