What to Expect

We offer delivery services to select areas in Pennsylvania (PA), New Jersey (NJ), Delaware (DE), and Maryland (MD). It is important to note that our delivery coverage is limited to these regions. Our delivery personnel will not only transport your furniture safely to your designated location but also ensure that it is placed exactly where you want it. They will handle the assembly and installation of all items being delivered, so you can enjoy your new furniture hassle-free.

Here at Moore's Furniture, we take pride in the professional delivery services that we provide to our customers. We have the most professional and courteous delivery personnel in the furniture industry.

  • You can expect them to place your furniture where you want it.
  • You can expect them to assemble and install all items being delivered.


Delivery Cancellations


  • Deliveries are prepared and loaded 3 working days in advance of the delivery date you selected.
  • If you should need to cancel or reschedule your delivery we need you to notify us 3 working days in advance of your scheduled delivery date.
  • If the 3 working day advance notice is not provided, you will be charged a fee of $99.00.

What You Need To Do


  • On the day of delivery have someone present at your delivery location to accept your delivery.
  • Inspect your delivery thoroughly to ensure that it meets your satisfaction.
  • Promptly notify us of any problems that you may encounter with your delivery.
  • Please have all C.O.D. payments ready for the delivery personnel upon delivery.




Our Scheduling and routing are completed using the most efficient methods available. This reduces the delivery costs for you, the consumer.


  • Delivery days are selected and scheduled according to the total routing for the delivery date you selected. We will select and provide you with an estimated delivery time window.
  • Two days before your scheduled delivery we will notify you to confirm the time slot that we have scheduled for you.
  • If you have made a request for a specific delivery time, we will do our best to arrange delivery for that time.




We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.  We are able to give you a 4 hour window with a half an hour call ahead though!



We are proud to offer quality products with great value to our customers. Merchandise received in good condition is not returnable or cancellable. No refunds are available.

All furniture is thoroughly inspected at several key points in our preparation and delivery process to make sure it's received in good condition. If you have chosen to pick up your order from one of our showrooms, we encourage you to inspect your item before you take possession.

In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession, please notify the delivery team or a customer care representative of the damage. For furniture, arrangements will be made for a qualified repair technician to come to your home and correct the damage. For home décor, arrangements will be made to exchange the item. Please note: we reserve the right to repair or replace your furniture as deemed necessary and solely at our discretion.
